Photoshop Homework 2

Image
I thought this picture on Kirby Jenner's Instagram page would be one of the more harder images to photoshop my face onto because of all the different things going on in it. Not only am I beginner to using photoshop; making it a challenge as it is, there is a lot of different letters with different colors and fonts that could create problems. Not to get political or anything, but I liked the idea behind this photo because its using photoshop to place yourself surrounded by upper echelon people. I can stem from this idea and maybe use a picture of me and professional athletes such as Kobe Bryant or Michael Jordan and I could be their teammate holding up the trophy as if I won the NBA Finals. I thought this picture was funny because it looks like the kid is 40 years old in the photo on the right even though its the exact same photo besides his hair style. I wonder how they deleted the hair without altering his forehead and making it look edited. Pretty cool. These set of images reall

Logo

Image
For my Logo Project I decided to incorporate all of the things that describe who my character is in one image. I choose three key things that I love including a basketball, a hat, and Tampa Bay because that is where I am from and makes me who I am today. I have always been an athlete who loves to compete in everything I do. I enjoyed this assignment and playing around with all of the different tools on the software. The hardest part for me in this assignment was making the arcs in the basketball, but I think it turned out okay. Making this was one of my favorite assignments we have had thus far in the semester.

TagBrush

Here is my logo and my tag brush that I made in adobe photoshop. My logo incorporates a few of my favorite things such as basketball and fitted snapback hats which have come to define who I am. The logo was easier for me than the tag brush because their was a lot of complex steps I had to do in order to make my tag brush, but I am content with the final product.

Photoshop Tutorials

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=61mkx_OV61s The video is a beginners tutorial outlining the key functions of photoshop and what tools are the most popular. In the video they discussed the gradient tool which is accessible by hitting the "g" button allowing the user to add different colors to their project.  The video talked about how you can create a custom gradual blend between colors I'm just wondering what the difference between linear gradient and radial gradient. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uOUXDipWeN8 In this video one thing that I thought was cool was how you can skew pictures and change the perspective angle of the picture by clicking on the picture and holding down the ctrl button. Later on in the video the tutorial talked about how you can transform pictures overlapping the background by clicking ctrl+T. I thought that was neat because theirs a lot of creativity you can stem from that. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KAmSB5MQxOo This video explained how to
